Faith Fitness Break & Build Circuit
Workout Mix of Resistance weight training & Cardio.

Perfect for Beginners, new to ‘Gyming‘ but also provides the right build up for a challenge.

 

WARM UP:
20 – 10 Treadmill Run [20 second RUN at HIGH Speed | 10 second REST] Repeat pattern for 10 Minute.

BEGINNERS: You may wish to reverse the REST (20 seconds) & RUN (10 seconds) period.

PLANKS with ALTERNATING LEG LIFTS: 3 SETS| (30 sec – 1 min Rest)
Aim for 1 Minute, increasing with each set.

1ST SET: 30 sec 2ND SET: 45 sec 3RD SET: 1 min

BEGINNERS: Start with 3 SETS of 30 sec, gradually build up as ability increases.

BENCH ROW with FLYBACKS: 10 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Arm)
Use reasonable DUMBELLS, whist maintaing neutral Back.

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS with Dumbells: 10 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Leg)
Use reasonable DUMBELLS, whist maintaing neutral spine, Back erect.

TIP: Holding in your CORE will assist you with maintaing the proper form.

CABLE CORE SIDE ROTATION: 10 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Side)
Set weight reasonable, holding in your CORE will enable the use of proper form.

********************************************************************************************************

‘FIGURE 4’ GLUTES PULSES with DUMBELLS: 10 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Leg)
Use reasonable DUMBELLS, whist maintaing neutral spine, Back erect.

TIP: Holding in your CORE will assist you with maintaing the proper form.

********************************************************************************************************

HOLDING KNEE RAISES: 10 Reps x 3 Sets
TIP: Try to avoid swinging legs, holding in your core will aid eliminate swinging.

CHALLENGE: You may add ankle weights to add resistance.

********************************************************************************************************

INNER THIGH PULSE BURNS: 12 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Leg)
Hold in Core and place leg over in a comfortable position.

CHALLENGE: You may add ankle weights to add resistance.

INNER THIGH CABLE RAISES: 10 Reps x 3 Sets (Each Leg)
Set weight reasonable, holding in your CORE will enable the use of proper form.

********************************************************************************************************

FINISH ‘Cool Down’:
CROSSTRAINER for 10 Minute Power Cardio:
The perfect workout for BEGINNERS, and all other Fitness Levels alike you may wish to complete this x 3 (a week).
