For a delicious satisfying breakfast prepared and served at speed, O’Banana Stack pancakes.
We all occasionally result to the ‘breakfast rush’, here is a recipe that is rapid to prepare and takes the boring out of your usual routine.
Consisting of only, three main ingredients!
2 Ripe Bananas
¼ cup Oatmeal (Gluten Free)
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil (for pan)
pinch of Cinnamon
Blender (or Food Processor) | Frying pan (skillet)| | Spoon | Spatula
Cooking Time: 10 minutes Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Preheat the frying pan (skillet) at low heat whilst preparing the ingredients.
- Blend the 2 Bananas, 1 Egg, ¼ cup of Oatmeal (Gluten Free) and pinch of Cinnamon until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Portion with a spoon or pour directly unto Coconut oiled frying pan (skillet), repeat until all the pancake mix is used.
Serve with your favourite toppings and Enjoy!
